Cancellation Policy:

New Clients should arrive 10 minutes ahead of schedule, in order to complete required paperwork.

We require at least 24 hours of notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Should you cancel or change your appointment within the 24 hours, or do not attend your appointment at all, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50%. If your appointments are prepaid, you will forgo one session of your prepaid program.

Refund Policy:

SANDS Cosmetic Clinic has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on all purchases, including all prepaid programs (whether these programs are paid in full or not) for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments.

Prepaid programs of 5 treatments will expire and will automatically be cancelled after 1 year from the initial date of purchase while prepaid programs of 10 will expire and be cancelled after 2 years. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

All treatments and services are not transferable to other treatments, other individuals.

•    Specific brand names for all Cosmetic Injections will only be given at consultation. They will not be provided via email or social media enquiry.
•    Packages purchased with multiple areas in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.

SANDS Cosmetic Clinic will beat any competitor’s current advertised price by 10% on the same treatment using the same equipment and products (Price Discount Promise). The competitor must be within a 10km radius of SANDS Cosmetic Clinic’s location from which the client is claiming the Price Discount Promise. The Price Discount Promise applies to all laser hair removal and skin services only. The Price Discount Promise does not apply to prices offered by competitors’ on skin care products via an online shopping/retail website. Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price. SANDS Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to contact the competitor to confirm their current price is valid. Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor using the Price Promise. The client must disclose that they will request the Price Promise discount at the time of booking, and at the time of paying for their treatment or product. The Price Discount Promise discount will not be applied where the products and/or treatments have already been paid for or received. The Price Discount Promise does not apply to offers made by competitors on cosmetic injection treatments, group buying, discount or coupon websites.

Our Price Discount Promise does not apply to our already discounted Full Body Laser Hair Removal treatments.
